Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, once an order is processed and shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. We take pride in our craft and customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with an item we are happy to assist you. 

Refunds are only allowed if items have not processed. Once an order is processed and a tracking number has been issued, refunds will no longer be accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

By purchasing products, the consumer agrees that Locsburg Care LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur. All ingredients are listed on the label for informative purposes. It is always recommended to test an area of skin prior to product use. Speak with your physician before use if you have diagnosed skin or scalp conditions.
