Shipping Policy

  Here at Locsburg Care LLC, we believe in QUALITY above all. Our products are singlehandedly and very carefully handcrafted for your needs. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for production and processing your order. Shipping is typically an additional 1+ business days. Due to high volume and shipping delays these time frames are subject to change at any time. All packages are insured. Please report any damaged goods to the carrier (USPS or UPS). Replacements are at the discretion of the owner. Damages or product concerns reported any time after 5 business days of delivery will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a report with the carrier (USPS or UPS). 

It is the responsibility of the customer/purchaser to provide correct address information. If a package is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address, there will be a $10 fee to have the package reshipped. 

Multiple orders placed back to back to the same address will be consolidated into 1 box if possible.
